报告题目：Organizational behavior and genetics: from twins to the whole genome

报告摘要：
Human behavioral traits are heritable. The recent progresses in molecular genetics have provided the opportunity to directly explore the linkage between DNA, the material foundation of heredity, and work-related behaviors. In this talk, I will report a series of studies using the traditional twins, candidate gene, as well as the whole genome approaches on topics such as leadership, job turnover, and job characteristics. This set of studies show how the behavior genetics can enrich our understanding on work-related beahivors.
报告人简介：
宋照礼，新加坡国立大学商学院组织管理系副教授，2012-2017年亚太中文EMBA学术主任，组织管理系博士委员会主任，国际应用心理学杂志（Applied Psychology, International）前副主编，组织行为学杂志（Journal of Organizational Behavior）编委。研究领域领域是管理心理学，所研究的题目包括基因与管理行为，领导行为、日常情绪与压力管理、求职和就业过程、工作家庭关系,员工发展，跨文化行为与创业等。宋博士的文章常发表于一些国际专业期刊上，如《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal of Business Venturing》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》、《Human Relations》等。其研究，特别是关于基因与管理行为相关性的开创性研究，被经济学人（Economist），纽约时代报（New York Times）网络版，华盛顿邮报（Washington Post）网络版等媒体报道。 荣获2014年中国管理研究国际学会（IACMR）年会最佳微观论文奖、2015年管理学会（AOM）年会组织行为学分会最佳会议论文奖。
